 This is My Seond Conversation Regrding Kit-Kat Contest

First I send my ID proof, kit-kat wrapper, no dues certificate, with coverring letter that contains my address, contack number, winning date, receie call from agency regarding elegible winner of contest,I sent it through Regitered Post with Akwnlodgement due, and i sent a message in oficial kitkat facebook page They reple me as shown on picture
1. i had purchased Kitkat 2F (2nos)
2. sms the code printed in kitkat wrapper o 30th september 2013
3. on 2nd october i received call from agency regarding am eligeble winner, and took my name, address,email id, contact no etc (within 7 working days that i have to send my kit-kat wrapper, no dues certificate, with id proofs pan card with self attested)
4. on 4th october i sent through registered post with akwnlodgement due
5. on 18th october i send a message to kitkat official facebook page
6. on same date they replyed as shown in image
7. again 25th october i send another message on FB
